Pranayama

we all breathe and when we practice, exercise, focus, concentrate, imagine, apply various ancient techniques about breathing truly amazing things happen to the human system.

The word pranayama comes from two separate words: prana and ayama. Prana translates to breath, while ayama includes a list of many different physical and emotional aspects.
