SLOUGH FARM REFLECTIONS
We met and exceeded our primary goals. Expand connections, increase joy of learning, participate in hands on, experiential wellness in an immersive setting to instill optimal noticing, breathing, moving, listening and collaborating. At the bedrock of Yoga and Mindfulness, discovering the power of intention mindset directly affects wellness and learning centers of the brain, powered by our breath.
Outcomes: Neural Integration, CNS/ANS Calmness, Executive and Collaborative Skill Development, New Joy. We also bonded and dissolved boundaries, found astonishing new talents, expanded our ability to communicate and made new 2-legged, 4- legged, hooved, and feathered friends.
