Together we share in the discovery process of compassionate individuation. Sessions with me true-fit every body, and I have experience working with all ages. Over the past half century, I have noticed a lifestyle of intention, consistency and joyful effort yield the most benefits.

Sessions unfold organically – over a few days, weeks, or months, while others may want a one-time clearing or healing. Please specify if you would prefer in-person or remote.
